Tradition and authenticity that you can taste! All of our milk products, cheese and yoghurt come from the Drei Zinnen dairy in Toblach and other producers nearby.

Every day we have fresh bread from the village bakery.

Happy free-range hens lay the eggs for our dishes at the Santerhof in Niederdorf.

100% naturally pure milk from the Hochpustertal Valley is supplied by the Drei Zinnen dairy in Toblach.

And from the “Puschtra Erdäpfel” (Pustertal Valley potato), we conjure up typical local specialities and international delicacies.

The grain is milled at the Schmiedhofmühle in Niederdorf.

The Patzleinerhof in Prags produces high quality goats’ cheesespecialities.
